We were extremely nervous considering the current Covid related market conditions and he talked us through those conditions at the beginning which helped us determine what direction to take (sell or rent) as well as set the proper expectations going in. Ralph works with a great photographer and put out a fantastic listing that drew immediate interest. He guided us through every step, answered every question we had, was readily available at odd hours and on weekends to speak with us. Most importantly, he and Robert came through with what they promised. As we got the asking price without having to provide any concessions and in this marketplace, I think that speaks to their hard work and experience.
